As per EU law, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. Your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it, unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging. If you have done any of the previous, then the 14 day policy no longer applies.
Please note! The above applies to the EU 14 day return policy, where you have the right to return your online order for any reason. In case you have opened the box and discover that something is wrong, missing or broken - you still have your right to return as per "Damages and issues" paragraph.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. The refund shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the products, inclusive of applicable taxes. The refund shall expressly exclude any ancillary charges, including but not limited to shipping costs and payment processing fees. In the event that return shipping is arranged by us, the cost of such shipping shall be deducted from the final refund amount. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Non-Delivery of Orders
This article applies to returns arising from the non-delivery of an order, including but not limited to circumstances where the client has not received the order due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or failure to establish timely communication and coordination with the designated carrier (e.g., UPS). We disclaim liability for the delivery of the products, as the responsibility for delivery rests solely between the client and the carrier.
Where the carrier makes three (3) unsuccessful delivery attempts and the order is returned to us, we shall, upon receipt of the returned goods, refund to the client the purchase price of the products together with any applicable taxes. Such refund shall expressly exclude all shipping and processing fees and shall be further reduced by any charges imposed upon us by the carrier for the return shipment.
